Can I change my order?
No worries - we all make mistakes. Send us an email (info@tjswim.com - with your order # in the subject), or a message (Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm AEDT) and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your changes. We try to fulfill orders very quickly, so please note that your order may have already been shipped. In the worst case scenario, you can return it to us for a store credit . Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will issue the store credit to the value of the items paid.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped we will send through a tracking link to your email. You can use this to track your order up until delivery. Also be sure to check your junk/spam folder as some of our emails land there.
Which size should I choose?
Have you tried our new feature!? We would hate to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size guides available on all of our product pages. You can also enter your details into our new “Find my size” feature, which will provide you with the best option!
How do I use a promo code or gift card?
You will need to login into your TJ SWIM account if you haven’t already. Type or copy and paste the code into the 'Gift card or discount code' box at checkout.
What can I do if my promo code or gift card isn’t working?
Be sure to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. You can only use one promo code per order. If you are still having any troubles with your gift card or promo code then don’t hesitate to contact us!
Can I purchase a gift card online?
Search “gift card” in the search bar in the top right hand corner. Simply select the gift card and the value you would like to load on to it, then add it to bag for the perfect gift!
How will I know if an item I want comes back in stock?
We are always working to restock items as quickly as possible however we encourage you to sign up for restock notifications. In the Notify Me tab, enter your email and size to be one of the first customers to know when it’s back! In the meantime, a little shopping never hurt anybody!
How do I make a return?
Head to our returns page to find our returns policy. At the bottom of the page you will find the “Click here to request a return”. Make sure you have your email and order number ready to lodge a return request. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email with further information on how to proceed with returning your items. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders as sometimes our emails land there!
Can I exchange an order?
Exchanges are available for Australian customers only. You will need to include a 500g prepaid return postage satchel for us to send back your requested item. For any of our International babes, you will automatically be issued with a store credit once we receive your return. This can be used to repurchase the size/style you would like.
How long will my return take?
International returns can take up to 3 weeks and Australian returns can take up to 2 weeks to get back to our warehouse. However, once we receive your return it will be processed within 2 business days. We will let you know as soon as it has been received and processed!
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayPal. AUS, NZ and US based customers also have the option to checkout with AfterPay.
Can I return an item that doesn’t fit?
Of course! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Given your items comply with our return policy, you are more than welcome to send it back for a store credit. This can be used at any time as your store credit has no expiry date!
I have received the wrong item, what should I do?
Oh no! Our Quality Control team work their hardest to inspect every item we sell however as you can imagine, it is impossible to guarantee perfection every time. Please get in touch with our customer care team to help you out with this asap!
