When will my order be shipped?
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, your order is being processed. Don't worry, you'll be the first to know when your parcel leaves the warehouse. Please note, we ship orders on business days so if you have placed your order on the weekend or public holiday it will be shipped within the next business day. Our team will always work hard to ship your order within 1 business days from the date of order.
How can I track my order?
You will be emailed a link as soon as your package has been shipped, and you can follow your bikini’s journey all the way up until delivery using this link. If you need any assistance tracking your order, feel free to get in touch with our customer care team to help you out with this asap!
What shipping methods do you offer?
We have express and standard shipping options available for a variety of countries as we ship across the globe! Head to our shipping page for delivery times frames.
Do I have to sign for my order?
DHL Express Shipping requires a signature on delivery. Standard International Shipping does not require a signature on delivery and may be left unattended. Please ensure that there is a safe location for the parcel to be left if ordering with standard international shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our express delivery service will have your order delivered within 1-3 business days! Who doesn’t love fast shipping? For our standard delivery we would recommend checking our Shipping page to see the shipping times and costs for your selected shipping country.
My package never arrived, what can I do?
Oh no! Be sure to double check any tracking updates for any available information. If you are still having trouble, please get in contact with our customer care team to have it looked into asap!

Can I change my shipping address after making an order?
As our dispatch team are busy packing your order as soon as it is placed, we have a small amount of time to amend your shipping address. Please email our customer care team and they will try their best to fix it up before your order is shipped out. Please note, we cannot guarantee your address will be fixed before it is collected.
Do you offer international shipping?
Of course! We love our international babes just as much as we love our Aussie babes!
How long will shipping take within Australia?
Australian orders placed with express shipping will be delivered the next business day if you order before 2pm AEST for all capital cities and most metro suburbs (excluding Perth and Darwin). Alternatively, express orders outside of the express post network will be delivered within 1-2 business days. For all orders placed with standard shipping it can take 2 to 7 business days. (Please note all shipping options do not public holidays and weekends).
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
If you select Standard delivery, we are able to deliver to PO Box addresses in Australia and most other countries. If you select Express Delivery, we are not able to deliver to a PO Box anywhere in the world.
Will my order be subject to import taxes?
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Why haven't I received my shipping confirmation email?
We would recommend checking your junk or spam mail if you are a first time shopper with us. Make sure you add TJ SWIM to your safe senders list. Please note, we ship orders on business days so if you have placed your order on the weekend or public holiday it will be shipped within the next business day. Our team will always work hard to ship your order within 1 business days from the date of order. You can check your order has been successful by logging into your TJ SWIM account. Your order history will automatically show on the screen once your login is successful. If it is not there, we would suggest checking your selected payment option to see if the order was processed.
