- Orders will be shipped within 1 business day
- DHL Express Shipping requires a signature on delivery.
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient
- In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
- TJ SWIM is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels that have been granted authority to be left unattended by the recipient. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left if a signature release is authorised.
- If the package is Returned To Sender, please note that you will be issued a refund however this refund will not include the initial shipping cost. You will be refunded the order subtotal, before shipping.

- Original tags attached
- Hygiene strip MUST be attached to product
- SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind
EXCHANGES
- Available for Australian customers
- For items to the same value of your original purchase
- Please include a 500g prepaid postage satchel for the new item to be posted back to you
- Alternatively, you can repurchase the correct size or style with a store credit
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Return in exchange for a store credit
- Store credit can be used to repurchase a new size or style and does not expire
- We do not offer international exchanges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
