We would like to remind and reassure our amazing girl gang that we are still open and operating as usual. All orders will continue to be packed and shipped with the greatest care for your health and safety. All freight and logistics are also still running without delay. We have also extended our returns period to 21 days to give you a bit more time to get to the post office.

We want to take a moment to update you on the practices and policies that TJ SWIM have in place to deal with the ever-evolving COVID-19 outbreak.

Our online store continues to operate with the safety and health of our team and customers as our number one priority. We can assure you that our team are following strict cleaning and hygiene practices including:

• social distancing
• frequent hand washing
• using hand sanitiser and
• disinfectant wipes & spray on a regular basis 

We are actively following the NSW government, Australian Chief Medical Officer & World Health Organisation guidelines to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to protect our community.

We understand that these are difficult times for all and so we will continue to be here to bring as much joy and positive energy as possible. We’re focused on making you look and feel your absolute best (even in self isolation), and that includes keeping in mind the safety and health of our TJ SWIM community.
